DONE RIGHT EVERY TIME
Every 14 days we perform our thorough beer line cleaning service on the 6-tap beer system at the Moss Rose in Mount Vernon. During every visit we also remove, hand-clean, sanitize and rec-connect all keg couplers. We also disassemble, hand-clean, sanitize and re-assemble all faucets and shanks. This careful attention to detail keeps their system in tip-top shape all year long, and it enables us to spot and usually prevent any potential trouble in their system well before it can occur.
Proper draft beer line cleaning removes microbes and sediments that accumulate in all draft beer dispensing systems over time. Under Ohio law, it must be done at least once in every 14 days. And since the lockdowns of 2020-2022, city and county health departments across Ohio are inspecting for this more frequently, and they can fine you for non-compliance.
No matter what the law says though, having your beer system professionally cleaned is just good business. it makes your beer taste better, and keeps your system in proper shape. The money you’ll save in waste and repair costs each year will be many times greater than the cost of our beer line cleaning service.
Cleaning your lines properly removes accumulated sediments and microbial deposits that cause your system pressures and calibrations to go awry, causing excess foam and wastes beer. Professional beer line cleaning and care fixes all of this, and you'll stop pouring foam down the drain.
All beer contains sediments (like beer stone) and microbes (like yeast) which, when left in draft beer lines for too long, will attract bacteria and fungi to attack them and ruin the taste of your beer. Professional cleaning of your entire draft beer dispensing system removes all these impurities from your beer lines, keg couplers, faucets and shanks, and makes your beer taste great again.
When you hire us to keep your beer lines clean and free of accumulated microbes and sediment, your bartenders will stop pouring foam (and thus your money) down the drain. You'll also find that when you consistently serve clean, fresh-tasting beer to your customers, they will order more of it and order it more often.
Better Taste + Less Waste = More Profit. It's that simple.
Your draft beer system contains several critical parts that, when not maintained properly, will eventually fail and require repair or replacement. These failures are almost always caused by failing to do line cleaning the right way, failing to clean on a regular basis, and by neglecting scheduled maintenance. Professional draft beer line cleaning saves you a lot of trouble. Hire a pro to get it done right.
