25 Years of Food & Beverage Service Experience
Kevin Rose started Rose Draft Service after a 20 year career in full-service restaurant management. The last position he held was Regional Operations Manager for a three-store chain name Jake’s Steakhouse. Just as you probably do now, Kevin had a lot of difficulty finding reliable and professional beer line cleaning companies.
After years of poor service from the multiple vendors he offered the work to, he decided to start doing it himself. He obtained Micro Matic® training and certification as a draft beer system installer-technician. With the training to do the work right, Kevin began doing cleaning the beer lines for all three restaurant tap systems for more than a year.
When Jake’s closed in 2019, Kevin began working full-time as a professional line cleaner and tap system installer, performing service for a dozen locations in Wooster. Only a couple of months later, The Farmer’s Table became his first customer in Medina County, and this became a multi-county operation.
Kevin’s 20 years of experience as a former restaurant manager, with P&L responsibility, is what sets Rose Draft Service apart from all the part-time cleaners you’ll find out there. He understands the challenges and problems you face every day, and knows how to solve them for you.
