Kevin Rose is the owner-operator of Rose Draft Service. He started our company in 2018 after 20 years in restaurant management Just as you probably do now, Kevin had great difficulty in finding reliable and professional beer line cleaning companies to handle this task for Jake’s Steakhouse, where he last worked as Regional Operations Manager for their three-store operation.
After years of poor service from from multiple vendors and contractors, he decided to take on the task himself and obtained Micro-Matic® training and certification as a draft beer system technician. With the training to do the work right, Kevin did all the beer line cleaning for all three restaurant tap systems for more than a year.
When Jake’s closed in 2019, Kevin began working full-time as a professional beer line cleaner and installer, performing service for a dozen locations in Wooster. As word spread about the quality of service we provide, Rose Draft Service has expanded to serving more than 100 locations across eastern Ohio.
Kevin’s 20 years of experience as a full-service restaurant manager (with P&L responsibility) is what sets Rose Draft Service apart from all the part-time cleaners out there.
