We’ve been cleaning beer lines and tap systems in Summit County since 2019 when The Funny Stop called us in to take over the responsibility for cleaning their four beer lines.  We’re actively seeking new customers here, so if you’d like to start serving better tasting beer, and earn more from each pour, then call us to get on our 14-day line cleaning schedule.

Better Taste, Less Waste, More Profit:  What you can expect from professional beer line cleaning

Reduce Waste

Cleaning your lines properly removes all the sediments and accumulated microbial deposits that cause your pressures and calibrations to go awry, and wastes beer to foam. Your bartenders are pouring foam from your beer down the drain, and your profits with it. We can make that stop happening for good.

Improve Taste

All beer contains microbes like yeasts that, when left in draft beer lines for too long, will attract fungi to attack them -- and ruin the taste of your beer. Beer poured from dirty taps will always seem flat, even when it's freshly poured. It will also smell funny. That's all from the accumulation of microbes in the lines, FOBs and faucets. Proper cleaning of your entire draft beer dispensing system removes these microbes and other impurities like beer stone. Get your system properly and your beer will taste great again. It's that simple.

Boost Profit

It really is this simple: When you hire us to keep your beer lines free of crud, your bartenders will stop pouring foam (and your profits) down the drain. When you consistently serve clean, fresh-tasting beer to your customers, then you'll find that they'll order more of it, and order it more often. Less waste + better taste = more profit.

Reduce Repair Costs

Your draft beer system contains several critical parts that, when not maintained properly, will eventually fail and require repair or replacement. These failures are almost always caused by failing to do proper cleaning in a regular manner and neglecting scheduled maintenance

25 Years of Food & Beverage Service Experience

Before he started Rose Draft Service, Kevin Rose had been a restaurant manager for 20 years.  His last position was Regional Operations Manager for Jake’s Steakhouse, which had three locations.  Just as you probably do now, Kevin had great difficulty in finding reliable, professional beer line cleaning companies to handle this task.

After years of poor service from from multiple vendors and contractors, he decided in 2018 to take on the task himself and obtained Micro Matic® training and certification as a draft beer system technician.  With the proper equipment and training to do the work right, Kevin performed all the beer line cleaning for all three restaurant tap systems for more than a year.

When Jake’s closed in 2019, Kevin began working full-time as a professional beer line cleaner and installer, performing service for a dozen locations in Wayne County.  Only a couple of months later, The Farmer’s Table became his first customer in Medina County and he began running this business full time.

Kevin’s 20 years of experience as a former restaurant manager, with P&L responsibility, is what sets Rose Draft Service apart from all the part-time cleaners you’ll find if you just ask around. Kevin has done the same job you do, solved these problems for himself, and 100 other businesses just like yours.
